Refund & Return Policy – Luxe Salon Equipment

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase.

  • The product is returned at the customer’s expense, unless it is faulty or damaged.

Note: Custom or personalised items (e.g., customised furniture, lighting, or colour options) cannot be returned unless defective.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@luxesalonequipment.com.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for identical products only. Customised products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.


5. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008, which guarantees your rights as a consumer, including the right to safe, good-quality products and remedies for defective goods.
